Bio
Attorney Chuck Panzarella is the founder and Managing Attorney of Consumer Action Law Group of Panzarella and Associates, PC. With offices in California and Arizona. Chuck focuses his practice on Lemon Law and Auto Fraud by protecting the rights of consumers who have purchased or leased defective vehicles or have been cheated by auto dealerships. He has extensive experience with the Federal Lemon Laws and the Consumer Fraud Laws that protect car buyers from illegal practices.
Since founding the Consumer Action Law Group of Panzarella and Associates, Chuck has spent many years working to solve the problems of consumers and more specifically car buyers who have been cheated by dealers. Chuck is a lawyer and entrepreneur with a long track record helping consumers. He is the founder of the Consumer Center for Resources, a 501©3 non-profit with a mission of connecting consumers to lawyers throughout the US.
Chuck grew up in Colorado and became a competitive skier in college. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and received his law degree from Rutgers University in Camden NJ. He started his legal career helping consumers to file for Bankruptcy, handling creditor negotiations, stopping foreclosures, and helping homeowners save their homes. He has devoted years of his practice to consumer protection including Chapter 7 and 13 proceedings, before shifting his focus to Lemon claims, Auto Fraud, and more recent credit report cases [when mistakes are reported on credit reports]
In addition to being an active attorney and entrepreneur, Chuck is active in the legal community as a tenured member of the National Association of Consumer Attorneys and several Bar Associations. Chuck is a devoted father of two amazing and accomplished daughters and he is an avid sports fan, volunteering his time to coach soccer and teach skiing and actively supports music education for youth.
Chuck is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal courts of Arizona.
